Impello Virtual Phone Number
You will need an Impello Virtual Phone Number to use with your Virtual Employee’s Voice AI feature. You can use it as your advertised number, or forward calls from your advertised number, to it.
We have a range of virtual mobile, local, national, international and non-geographic numbers to choose from.
- Virtual Number prices range from £1-£1.50 per month
- Toll-free (0800 etc) Numbers are £2 per month
- Inbound calls are 1p per minute
- Outbound calls are 1.5p per minute
- Inbound SMS messages are 0.5p per message
- Outbound SMS messages are 4p per message
- Volume discount rates are available

Impello WhatsApp Business Number
- Impello WhatsApp Business numbers cost £30 per month
Message charges are determined by Meta (who own WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram…)
- There are three different message categories, and charges are per “conversation window” not per message (which is good news!)
- Each conversation window lasts 24hrs and all messages that form part of each conversation are charged at one flat conversation rate, no matter how many messages are in that 24hr conversation window. The 24hr window opens with the first message
Conversations within each different message category are charged at different rates.
- Service Messages
These messages are FREE to send and are;- Used to resolve customer enquiries and issues
- Initiated when a customer messages you (this 24-hour timer begins)
- Rely on an active customer service window between you and the customer
- Utility Messages
Utility messages are used to provide information requested by users, such as order updates, delivery notifications, and payment reminders and cost 2p per conversation - Marketing Messages
Used for promotional messages, product or service announcements, retargeting campaigns, and cart abandonment reminders and cost 5p per conversation
